After a turbulent year of funding cuts and SNAP freezes, more than 300 older adults in Contra Costa County are on the waitlist—waiting for a knock at the door, a nutritious meal, and the dignity and reassurance they deserve. Meals on Wheels Diablo Region is the ONLY agency in the County that delivers the nutritious meals and supportive services our seniors rely on. You can help us deliver for our older neighbors and bring help to their doorstep.

Healthy Living

A donation of $25 helps local seniors stay active, healthy, and strong through our Bingocize®, Walk With Ease, and Young at Heart exercise classes, as well as our Fall Prevention program.
