Every week, we deliver more than 13,000 meals to over 1,900 seniors in Contra Costa County. For some, the MOW Diablo Region volunteer is the only friendly face they see all week.

Friendly Visits, Callers & Helpers.

A simple phone call or visit can help combat feelings of loneliness for socially isolated seniors. Our team conducts more than 150 Friendly Visits every week for homebound seniors in our community.
